Climate Club is a new climatetech company focused on helping organizations inspire climate positive action and outcomes across their teams and team members. Many organizations start their climate journey with ambitious intentions, yet struggle to translate those intentions into action and quantifiable outcomes. Our software platform is purpose-built to help companies engage and activate their employees to participate on their journey.  We’ll be coming out of stealth this summer, as we work with some of the most recognizable organizations in the world to help them maximize the impact of their climate actions across their business and are expanding with new partnerships ahead.

The Principal Software Engineer is responsible for leading the technical build out of our initial product with a hyper-focus on innovation and rapid iteration. Climate Club is seeking exceptional engineering talent that is profoundly committed to helping individuals and companies make major shifts to address climate change, who can create and scale high growth SaaS products while helping cultivate a dynamic, remote company culture.
